Good value for the price

Had a decent stay. The room was clean and recently remodeled, but the mattresses could use an upgrade. The breakfast was really good, and having a picnic area outside was a nice touch. Service was friendly, even helping with a blown-out light bulb. Just wish the beds were a bit comfier.

The room was small but clean and had this surprisingly comfortable easy chair that I sunk into after a long day. The breakfast was actually pretty good, fresh choices you know, not some half-hearted effort.

The bathroom cleanliness needs attention, as a blood-stained sheet was present, although it was quickly resolved. I had a great stay at Best Western! The pool was nice for the kids, and the breakfast spread had a good variety. Jodi at the front desk was exceptional. She sorted out our check-in issue and called later to confirm everything was fine. The clean rooms made us feel right at home.

This was an excellent fit for a budget stay in Joplin with real value for money. The breakfast was good and fairly satisfying, though the beds could have been softer. Make sure to check if the USB ports work in your room before relying on them.

The location is pretty convenient, right off the highway, close to food places like Denny's. Really liked the staff. they were friendly and helpful. My room was clean but felt dated. The room didn't have a nice feel—some areas looked worn down. On the downside, the bed had a noticeable dip in the middle, making it hard to get comfortable. I also noticed the shower curtain was set too high, which led to water spilling everywhere. Maintenance needs to look into that before anyone else rents this room. Breakfast was pretty basic, but it wasn't bad. On my last night, I found some areas outside the building needed better lighting—just didn’t feel super safe walking back to my room.

We had a lovely time exploring the nearby soccer complex, which was just a quick drive away. It provided plenty of space for our family to run around, and the grass was well-maintained. Plus, our dog enjoyed the grassy patches too!

My kids wished the upper floor would have been quieter. we got a call from the front desk about noise. It would really help families if noise insulation was better.
